Apples and cheese

Apple and dubliner toastie

1 apple, de-cored and ring sliced
1 field roast apple smoked sausage, cut diagonally and browned
6 slices of kerrygold Dubliner cheese
Bread slices
Kerrygold butter

- heat Pan on med-hi heat
- butter one side of your slice of bread
- place butter side down in pan, top with cheese apples and sausage, place another slice of bread butter side up on top
-flip after 30 seconds and remove when cheese melted and bread browned
-repeat
